Customer Policy
We will make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. If we do not have the product you ordered in stock we will ship what you ordered that we have in stock and notify you via e-mail to suggest something different that we have in stock or give you the option to cancel remaining backorders.
Our products are handmade so you may experience minor variations in color, weight, texture, scent or wrapping from shipment to shipment. Each bar varies slightly in sizes and shape but we ensure each bar weighs at least 3 oz.
Shipping fees, refunds and returns
Shipping fees are as stated when placing the order and are based upon products shipped. Orders over $50 will be shipped via ground for free. U.S. only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with an order, please notify us immediately at info@doorcountysoapcompany.com along with the details so we can address any concerns at once.
Overnight service is available for an additional $10.00 fee plus the overnight freight charges. If you need your order shipped the same day we recommend you call us at (920) 868-4321 to confirm receipt and shipment of order.
Customer privacy
Door County Soaps & Sundries does not sell or pass customer's e-mail addresses or other information to other parties. If you order from us, we may contact you about your order and we may, on occasion, e-mail or write to you with information about our products and special offers. If you would prefer not to receive any promotional material at all from us, please let us know soaps@doorcountysoapcompany.com .
